There is a growing trend in firms to adopt the use of lean tools to streamline and enhance productivity and effectiveness of organisations.
越来越多的公司在其流水线上使用精益技术，提高了组织的生产力和生产效率。
Whilst initial application has focused on manufacturing and production operations there is increasing use and application of the tools in other functional areas such as Finance.
