Introduction to Arizona State University
Founded in 1885, Arizona State University (ASU) is an internationally
recognized research and teaching institution with a long history.
The W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU is a comprehensive business
school with nationally and internationally ranked programs at
all levels and a vibrant collaborative relationship with business
worldwide. With 178 faculty members, the school offers undergraduate,
master and doctoral programs to its 8,100 students. The school
is known for its innovative programs, high caliber students, influential
faculty research, leadership in the use of technology and dynamic
ties with business.

Curriculum
The curriculum is designed to be a world-class executive MBA program with a concentration on financial management. To leverage participants' existing strengths in financial management and institutional knowledge in the financial services sector, the curriculum has a strong institutional focus on this sector and at the same time provides intensive knowledge on managerial decision-making and strategic formulation. Accordingly, the curriculum is designed with a strong inter-disciplinary focus, while achieving cycle time efficiency. Each course will be delivered in an intensive manner over two consecutive weekends with four full days of face-to-face instruction and supplemented by online interactions between faculty and participants.
