The workshop on SME Financing, co-sponsored by AFDP, Korea Ministry of Finance and Economy and Thailand Ministry of Finance and supported by Korean Institute of Finance (KIF) and Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK), was held in Seoul, Korea on November 24-26.

79 representatives, including government officials, academia and practitioners from 13 APEC economies, ADB and IFC, participated in the 3-day training workshop. The participants exchanged their views over issues of common concern, such as SME development in APEC region, services and products for SME financing, policies and experience in promoting SME financing in different economies.
