## 一、详细说明 
 （通讯员：杨艺）曹声容副教授于2006年3月出版的《Journal of Developmental Entrepreneurship》杂志上，发表了题为“Normative, Social and Cognitive Predictors of Entrepreneurial Interest in China, Vietnam and The Philippines（规范、社会文化、认知与创业倾向：中国、越南与菲律宾的实证研究）”的文章。该文主要通过对中国、越南与菲律宾的实证研究探讨社会规范、道德文化、个人认知与人们的创业倾向之间的关联度。通过对782个大学高年级工商管理专业学生的调查发现，许多指标在上述三个国家之间都存在着系统性的差异，这种差异源自于各国之间历史、文化、经济和政治的不同。研究结果同时也揭示了个人自身素养和社会支持对推动创业的重要性。（编辑：李泓）
