Lately, Mr. Hiroshi Watanabe, President & CEO of Japan Bank for International Cooperation, sent a letter to Dr. Li Kouqing, Deputy Director General of AFDC, to congratulate on the success of the AFDC 2008 Biennial Forum held on Oct. 25-26 and expressed his willingness to continue communications with AFDC.
