From 18-19 March 2009, AFDC delegation led by Deputy Director-General Li Kouqing paid a visit to the Asian Development Bank at Manila and visited its Independent Evaluation Department, Regional and Sustainable Development Department, East Asia Department among others. Both sides discussed AFDC 2009 Working Plan and the bilateral cooperation in future and reached a consensus on many issues.
