## 一、详细说明 
 6月15-19日，以“债务管理”为主题的中越财政干部能力建设培训班在我院成功举行。6月23日，越南财政部财政干部学校副校长向我院李扣庆副院长发来感谢信，就我方所作的细致准备和所有支持表示感谢，并希望今年下半年在越南举行下一期培训班。原文内容如下：
Dear Mr.Li Kouqing,
On behalf of the Institute of Financial Training, I have great pleasure to sincerely thank for your significant cooperation andsupportto us during the training course on ‘Debt Management’ in Shanghai as the capacity building for human resource development of Vietnam financial sector.
I also would like to express our great appreciation to your contribution to training course in this time and all activities between ourcooperation. I will keep in my mind so long the memories to work closely with you as a friend.
I hope that we will meet together at the end of this year in Vietnam and discuss more about our plan for the coming time.Finally, I wish the best healthiness, happiness to you and to your staff.
