The workshop for Social Security Policy of China opens on August 2 in Shanghai National Accounting Institute. Li Kouqing, Deputy Director-General of Asia-Pacific Finance and Development Center (AFDC), and Truong Phac Quan, Deputy Director-General of state treasury of Vietnamese Ministry of Finance, delivered opening speeches for the workshop.

The 4-day workshop enables the 15 participants from Vietnamese Ministry of Finance to get to know China’s social security policy.

Since AFDC and Vietnamese Institute of Financial Training entered cooperation in 2008, both parties had organized a few workshops and seminars in order to exchange views and share experiences about how to manage economic development.
