On March 11, 2014, the Asia-Pacific Finance and Development Center attended the learning seminar on Employment and Social Protection which was hosted by KDI School of Public Policy and Management via GDLN network. More than 40 participants participated from DLC sites in Korea, Vietnam and China.

Employment and social protection are common concerns in developing Asia. The presentation given by Mr. Vinicius Pinheiro from International Labor Organization Office focused on global employment issues and policies. Participants raised questions and exchanged views with the speaker afterwards.
