The second distance-learning seminar on promoting financing public-private partnership for regional cooperation, initiated by AFDI was held successfully among the GDLN sites in the Asia-Pacific region.

The blended learning based on an actual case study used a variety of learning tools, such as distance learning seminar and wechat group discussion as well as face-to-face learning, which is one of AFDI’s new attempts to adapt to the context of fast changing technology. Professor Park Hyeon from Seoul National University delivered the speech through Webex.  The seminar was moderated by Dr.Jerry from SNAI.
