The 2016 global forum of Center for Learning onEvaluation and Results(CLEAR) was held in Rome, Italy during September 23-27.33 participants from CLEAR global hub, CLEAR donor agencies and externalexperts attended this forum. As the regional center in East Asia, AFDIrepresentative reported the progress of CLEAR-SHIPDET center as well as joinedthe a series of dialogues and discussions.
