SNAI blockchain and accounting development summit forum as well as the launch ceremony of SNAI-CGMA blockchain and accounting innovation research center held 

Recently, SNAI and CGMA has jointly launched the blockchain and accounting development summit forum as well as the blockchain and accounting innovation research center. Mr. Li Kouqing, SNAI President, Ms. Li Ying, the North Asia director of CGMA and Ms. Ye hui, partner of Baker Tilly International Limited jointly unveiled the plate of the center.

SNAI organizes the academic forum on accounting issues of countries along the Belt & Road as well as the conference on key deliverables of accounting research project of China Accounting Association

SNAI has recently organized the academic forum on accounting issues of countries along the Belt & Road to better promote this national initiative and disseminate the research deliverable of accounting issues among countries along the Belt and Road. The expert panel including Dr. Li Kouqing, SNAI president, Dr. Pan fei, professor of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Dr. Xia lijun, dean of department of accounting of Jiaotong university, Dr. Zhang Min, dean of department of accounting of Renmin University of China listened to the briefing of the research team.

SNAI organizes the 9^th SNAI-CUHK CFO forum on macro economy.

The 9^th SNAI-CUHK CFO forum on macroeconomic development was held at SNAI on March 30. Dr. Ha jimin, the famous economist was invited to give a keynote speech on the risk and opportunity of China’s economy.  

SNAI organizes the training workshop on the special economic zone and economic corridor

The training workshop on the special economic zone and economic corridor has been held recently. The government officials from China, Cambodia, Vietnam, Lao, Myanmar, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia joined this workshop to learn and discuss the latest theories and experience regarding developing special economic zone. They also learned the best practices of developing economic zones in China. 

SNAI international students arranged to join the field study

SNAI international students were organized to go to Pan-China accounting firm and Chouzhou commercial bank for Reading China field trip. They learned the development policies and strategies of China’s accounting sector and China’s local financial system, micro financial service innovation as well as the development of international commerce service, which help to improve the international students’ understanding of China.

SNAI graduate students awarded 3^rd prize of IMA accounting management case competition for Southeastern China

SNAI graduate students were awarded 3^rd prize of 9^th IMA management accounting case competition for Southeast China on March 31. IMA management accounting case competition is a non-profit global wide event sponsored by the IMA. The competition this time has attracted more than 3000 participants from over 200 universities nationwide.   

SNAI invited to attend the 2019 GDLN-AP meeting

SNAI has been invited to attend the 2019 GDLN-AP meeting cosponsored by the GDLN, World Bank as well as International Poverty Reduction Center in China. SNAI representative shared the experience of SNAI’s new learning approach ———online and offline as well as the launch of new talk show “The Talk”, which aims to promote the China’s experience. About 30 participants from China, Australia, Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Indonesia joined this meeting.

The 3^rd cohort of talents selection of assets appraisal industry successfully completed

The 3^rd cohort of talents selections of assets appraisal industry, jointly organized by SNAI and China Appraisal Society has been recently held to strengthen the talents development of assets appraisal industry, to better serve the economic development and fiscal work. Mr. Liu qin, vice president of SNAI, Ms. Han liying , deputy secretary of China Appraisal Society and Mr. Yang Songtang, deputy secretary of China Appraisal Society were present to supervise the selection process. 

SNAI Employee Assistance Program kicks off

In order to improve the human resources management, and promote the system for mental health care, SNAI kicked off the Employee Assistance Program on April 8. Dr. Li Kouqing, SNAI president and Mr. Lu Wenbin, SNAI vice president as well as faulty joined this meeting.

Mr. Shan qixiang, the former director of the Palace Museum has been invited to give a lecture on revitalization of cultural resources at SNAI recently, which promotes the traditional Chinese culture among faculty, staff and students to further push forward the quality development of SNAI

Zhou Xinyue invited to give lecture at SNAI

Ms. Zhou Xinyue , professor of management college of Zhejiang University, the winner of first psychology award of Pineapple Science Award has been invited to give a lecture from the perspective of positive psychology at SNAI recently, sharing the secrete to happiness. This lecture adopts online and offline approach. In addition to the 150 participants who joined this event in person, there were hundreds of alumni who joined this event through live broadcasting.

Field study organized for the participants of SNAI-CCCC workshop on international financial management

The participants of the SNAI-CCCC workshop on international financial management have been arranged to visit the innovation center of Ernst & Young to take the course on financial thinking. This is the first field study after the partnership between SNAI and Ernst& Young was reached, which has far-reaching meaning for both parties to further strengthen the cooperation.

SNAI first cohort of public course on company valuation held

Against the backdrop of supply-side financial reform, the first cohort of public course on company valuation was successfully held to focus on the hot issues in the industry. The course instructors are Mr. Jiangxiao , council member of China Appraisal Society, deputy director of Shanghai Appraisal Society and Mr. Zhou Binhua who have been working in the Big Four accounting firms, SOE and securities companies with extensive experience in this field.

SNAI project selected as the five key deliverables announced by the Ministry of Finance

The Ministry of Finance announced five key deliverables at the second Belt and Road forum for international cooperation on April 25. SNAI, together with the CAREC Institute, the Asian Development Bank and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, will jointly launch the China-Central Asia Accounting Elites Exchange Program, which is among the five key deliverables announced by the Ministry of Finance. This program will further facilitate the communication and exchange in the field of accounting between relevant countries.

2019 SHIPDET Spring workshop held at SNAI

2019 SHIPDET spring workshop, cosponsored by the Ministry of Finance, the World Bank the Asian Development Bank and SNAI has been recently held. About 90 participants including the performance evaluation officials at different levels of government, researches and staff of evaluation practitioners working at the third-party intermediaries joined this training. The training aims to serve the financial and fiscal work and to improve the capacity building of performance evaluation for the developing countries and regions in the Asia-Pacific region.

SNAI forum on innovation and integration held

The seminar on innovation and integration——changing dynamics leading new pattern has been held recently to discuss hot issues such as blockchain, diplomatic relationship and demographic structure. SNAI president Li Kouqing, Mr. Yang jiemian, former director of Shanghai institutes for international studies and Mr. Shen xiaoming, director of Suzhou industrial zone attended this forum.

Seminar on writing coaching for Policy Briefing held

In order to push forward the development of SNAI think tank, to improve the quality of research and to help the researchers refine their writing skills for Policy Briefing, Professor Wu Daqi, advisor of Shanghai municipal government was invited to give a lecture on how to write for Policy Briefing including the standard, objective on April 24. The seminar was moderated by SNAI president Li kouqing. About 20 staff including the team leaders of each think tank project attended this seminar.

SNAI pushes forward the smart campus development

The finance and assets department, the IT department and logistics department of SNAI, the property management company and some relevant companies have recently joined a series of seminars on how to build smart campus and carry out OAO approach at SNAI, which aims to improve the management ability and customer experience for quality development of SNAI.
