The 2019 working meeting on degree issues and postgraduate education held

The 2019 working meeting on degree issues and postgraduate education has been recently held at SNAI. SNAI president Li kouqing, vice president Lu wenbin, as well as experts from the businesses such as PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, BDO, Pan-China accounting firm, Orient Securities Company attended the meeting, discussing the key issues on refining postgraduate education and improving education quality.

The operation center of SNAI public administration training department awarded with the May 4th Youth Medal

The competition for the May 4^th Medal for the Qingpu district has recently ended. The operation center of SNAI public administration training department won this honor with their excellent teamwork spirit and competency, contribution to the first Import Expo, the core work of finance authorities and human resources development of Qingpu district.

The 2019 fist cohort of training workshop for the financial managers of China State Construction (CSC) has been recently held at SNAI. About 84 financial managers from relevant organizations such as all business units of CSC, subsidiaries, engineering bureau, designing institute joined this 10-day training. Mr. Liu Yutong, deputy general manager of finance department of CSC and SNAI president Li Kouqing were present at the opening ceremony and gave remarks.

2017 international students go to Beijing for field study

According to the curriculum of the MPAcc program for international students, the 2017 international students have been recently organized to go to Beijing for field study to learn Chinese experience in financial and fiscal policy and foreign assistance. With the support of Ministry of Finance, SNAI international students visited Ministry of Finance, People’s Bank of China, MOFCOM training center for field study. 

SNAI organizes 2019 patriotism education activity

In order to boost the patriotism among the youth and advocate the national spirit, SNAI Youth League Committee has recently organized a national flag rising activity for the youth of Qingpu district, which was successfully held at the Qingpu museum. About 60 SNAI faculties and their children joined this activity and some of them were assigned as the flag-raiser and flag-bearers during the activity.

The second cohort of training workshop for the young cadres of Shanxi Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives was held on June 17, attracting about 110 participants. Mr, Cui lianhu, party secretary of Shanxi Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives, Mr. Li quanmin, head of the HR department , Mr. Wang junliang, director of general affairs office and Mr. Liu qin, SNAI vice president attended the opening ceremony.

Two training workshops for chief accountants of China Railway Construction Corporation held successfully

The training workshops for chief accountants of second-tier and third-tier subsidiaries of CRCC have been held at SNAI consecutively in recent days. About 191 participants from CSCC joined the trainings.

SNAI president Li Kouqing invited to give lecture at Daqing oilfield company

SNAI president Li Kouqing was invited to give lecture on corporate strategy at Daqing oilfield company on June 18. About 500 participants including chief accountants, heads of finance departments at all departments of the headquarter and second-tier subsidiaries attended this lecture. 

SNAI vice president Liu qin meets with the delegation of SAGE

The delegation of SAGE led by Mr. Kerry Agiasotis, executive vice president of AP region and Mr. Sushil, chief development officer visited SNAI at June 18. Mr. Liu qin, SNAI vice president met with the delegation. Both sides had an in-depth discussion on cooperation in the areas of accounting informationization as well as case development. 

SNAI international students of 2018 class joins the Chinese classic poem reading contest for university international students

In order to celebrate the 70^th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and advocate the classic Chinese traditional culture, the Shanghai municipal language affairs committee organized the 2019 Chinese classic poem reading contest for university international students. Eight SNAI international students from Myanmar, Lao PDR, Cambodia, Rwanda joined this contest and have had experienced the classic Chinese poem by reading and reciting.

The supervision and evaluation department of Ministry of Finance visits SNAI to supervise SNAI internal control efforts

Mr. Zhao Jun and Mr. Ye Shuangjiang, directors of the supervision and evaluation department of MOF visited SNAI on June 26 to supervise SNAI internal control efforts in order to respond to the spirit of the 2019 meeting of internal control committee of MOF. Mr. Liu qin, SNAI vice president, team leader of internal control work group as well as the heads of relevant department joined this meeting.

SNAI organizes think tank forum of Yangtze River Delta

SNAI, together with the think tank research center of  Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, Fanhai International School of Finance, Fudan university, Huaxia Industrial Economy Research Institute jointly launched the think tank forum of Yangtze River Delta on June 24 in an effort to further strengthen the research on the integration of Yangtze River Delta, to build the communication platform in the region and to fully utilize the new think tank to promote the national strategy. The forum discussed the issues such as the development of new think tank with Chinese characteristics and the challenges to implement the national strategy of the integration of Yangtze River Delta. About 40 experts from the relevant governments, enterprises and universities attended this forum.    

The in-house training on internal control held at SNAI
According to the overall assignment and requirement of the Ministry of Finance and the annual work plan of SNAI, the in-house training on internal control was held on June 26 for all the relevant staff. Professor Li Yingqi who sits on the internal control committee of the Ministry of Finance introduced the internal control institutions and relevant amendment.

SNAI awarded with several prizes in the education campaign on science ethics and academic discipline

Recently, the Shanghai Association for Science and Technology, together with Shanghai Municipal Education Commission has jointly organized the education campaign conference on science ethics and academic discipline. At the conference, the award ceremony for several excellent projects in the campaign was held. SNAI won the Prize for Best Organization, Prize for Best Project Case, Prize for Best Popularity.
