SNAI remained running at low capacity in June and continued toimplement strict campus entry policy. All the staff who entered the campusneeds to be under quarantine for three days before they could work at offices.The second batch of volunteer teams also returned to campus after successfullycompleting the mission. In response to the call for donation from the municipalgovernment, a total of 144 SNAI staff donated 26788 RMB to the fight againstCOVID-19 in Shanghai。

SNAI representative elected to attend the 12th Party Congress ofShanghai

The general conference of CPC members of SNAI was held on June 8.Vice President Liu Qin moderated the meeting, which attended by a total of 125CPC members including faculty and students. One representative to attend the12th Party Congress of Shanghai was elected through secret ballot andcompetitive election.

SNAI and CICC jointly organized a live broadcast forum on CarbonNeutralization and ESG Development on June 10. SNAI Vice President Bai Xiaohongattended the forum and delivered a speech. Cheng Daming, managing director ofthe investment banking department of CICC, Huang Dafei, carbon finance expertof the executive general manager of the fixed income department of CICC, andChen Yanming, investment manager of the ETF of CICC Hong Kong Asset Management,respectively addressed the following issues, ESG financing and green bond development,global carbon neutralization consensus, the impact of China's carbon market andthe EU's carbon border tax, introduction to the EU's carbon market, carbonoffset mechanism and its role in the realization of enterprise carbon neutralization.The participants of the 5th cohort of leading accounting talents program of Guangxiprovince participated in the event, The forum was also simultaneously broadcastedthrough several online platforms, attracting about 8000 online participants.

The admission review meeting for 2022 cohort of Master of Professional AccountingProgram for Developing Countries was held on June 9. Three SNAI professors wereinvited to join the admission review meeting. The enrollment for the 2022cohort started at the end of March. The candidates were rated according totheir academic background, working experience and personal statement, etc.

SNAI Youth Forum held via video link

The 43^rd SNAI Youth Forum was held via video link on June 1. HeYing, lecturer from Party School of Shanghai Committee of C.P.C., wasinvited to give a lecture on the history of the Communist Youth League, sharingthe stories about the missions and responsibilities of Chinese youth set inthree different timelines, the revolutionary era, the reform and opening up eraand the new era. All 2021 graduate students of SNAI attended this lecture.

SNAI operates at half capacity and get ready for the full resumption ofwork

SNAI management decided to operate at half capacity from June 20 and getready for full resumption of work soon. Online working meeting was held to summarizethe previous work on pandemic control and prevention efforts on campus,volunteer work and business operation and logistics support. SNAI willintensify efforts to strengthen the pandemic control and prevention efforts atcampus, implement daily PRC test routine and step up efforts in risk screeningmeasures. Up till the end of June, SNAI would remain running at half capacityand get ready for the full resumption of work according to the latestannouncement from the local authority.

SNAI and finance department of Ruijin Hospital jointly developed theworkshop on Intelligent Finance System of Ruijin Hospital Empowering HighQuality Development of Modern Hospitals held via video link on June 26. NingGuang, academician of Chinese Academy of engineering and president of RuijinHospital as well as SNAI Vice President Liu Qin were invited to give lecturesat the workshop. SNAI Vice President Zhang Gexing, Huang Lingping, head of thefinance department of Shanghai Shen-kang Hospital Development Centre, WangXuliang, chief accountant of Ruijin Hospital, Li Xuehui, director of financedepartment of Ruijin Hospital, joined the opening of the online workshop.

The workshop policy interpretation and risk management of researchfunding was held online during June 25-26, attracting a total of 68participants mainly finance personnel from hospitals, universities and researchinstitutions. In order to improve the professional proficiency and managementability of the finance personnel and assets management personnel of the publicinstitutions, the workshop on policy interpretation and best practice cases ofstate-owned management was held via video link during June 26-28, attracting atotal of 80 assets management personnel from hospitals, universities as well asother public institutions. SNAI Vice President Zhang Gexing attended theopening of the workshop and delivered remarks.

Second training of the leading accounting talents program (second cohort)of Yunnan Province held

According to the talents nurturing implementation plan of YunanProvince, SNAI and Yunnan provincial finance burau organized the secondtraining of the leading accounting talents program of Yunnan Province duringJune 6-17. A total of 54 participants joined the training and completed thecourse learning, group discussion and presentation.

SNAI accredited again as the online continuing education serviceprovider for accounting practitioners of Gansu Province  

The Gansu provincial finance bureau arranged assessment of theonline continuing education service providers for accounting practitioners of GansuProvince. SNAI ranked the third among the 15 service providers and wasaccredited again as the online continuing education service provider foraccounting practitioners of Gansu Province.

SNAI accredited as the online service provider of accounting continuingeducation of Hunan Province for 2022-2023

SNAI has been providing online continuing education for accountingpractitioners of Hunan Province since 2016. This year, SNAI was accreditedagain as the online continuing education service provider for the accountingpractitioners of Hunan Province according to the official announcement releasedby the Accounting Management Center of Hunan Province on June 27.
