执教于MPAcc项目的香港中文大学李庆琦教授，于二零零三年六月，在香港中文大学获得“二零零二年度校长模范教学奖”，全校只有九名佼佼者获此殊荣。

李庆琦教授早年于美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学获得管理科学的博士学位。目前任教于香港中文大学决策科学与企业经济系，并担任该系系主任的职务。在教学方面，他任教的科目包括：计量方法、统计学、管理科学、决策分析、博弈论、谈判与磋商等。至于在研究方面，他主要侧重于决策分析、博弈论、实验经济等方法论在分析、谈判及磋商过程中的应用。近年来，他也做了些关于供应链、质量管理、及知识管理等方面的研究。李教授的研究论文散见于国际著名的学术期刊。

MPAcc项目的教学工作也得到了李庆琦教授的大力支持，他主要讲授“统计与决策”课程，其授课的风格和内容的实用性受到了学员们的广泛好评。

Prof. Lee said he felt very lucky to have found a job which he enjoyed tremendously and which he could handle well. When his students congratulated him on winning the award, he would say to them,’ I don’t know whether I deserve the award but if passion is one of the criteria, then I think I deserve it because I do think I have passion. I do enjoy teaching very much,’ said Prof. Lee of the Department of Decision Sciences and Managerial Economics. He thanked his wife and two children for their support, which was particularly important when he had to teach in the evening or at the weekends. He also thanked his students, without whom he wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the fun of teaching, his co–workers for their support, and dean of the faculty, Prof. Lee Tien Sheng, without whose nomination he wouldn’t have won the award.
