世界银行主计官兼战略与资源管理副行长简历

法耶泽尔Ÿ乔杜里于2000年9月出任世界银行副行长兼主计官，2006年8月成为世行主计官兼战略与资源管理副行长。作为主计官，乔杜里的职责是保证国际复兴开发银行和国际开发协会财务报告的诚实性和内部控制框架的充分性，领导会计、审计及借款国财务管理和财务问责工作，处理财务交易并提供相关机构信息。2006年，其职责范围扩大到负责战略规划、预算管理和世行综合风险管理系统。

加盟世界银行集团之后，乔杜里在世界银行及其私营部门贷款机构国际金融公司担任各项管理职务。此前，乔杜里曾在伦敦一家知名专业服务公司从事公共会计和管理咨询工作。

乔杜里获得牛津大学工程学和经济学硕士学位，现任英格兰及威尔士特许会计师协会和英国管理咨询协会会员，并取得美国注册政府财务管理师资格。

乔杜里曾任会计发展国际论坛指导委员会主席，并担任国际会计准则理事会准则咨询委员会会员。目前，乔杜里是联合国安理会设立的伊拉克石油收入发展基金国际咨询和监测委员会会员，并任负责制订国际审计及相关准则的国际公众利益监督委员会会员。

在世行工作之外，乔杜里还担任国际交流公司理事，该公司是一家致力于推动文化交流、社会公正和经济发展的国际私有非营利组织。

Fayezul Choudhury

Controller and Vice President, Strategy and Resource Management, World Bank

Mr. Fayezul Choudhury assumed his position as Vice President and Controller of the World Bank in September 2000 and became Controller & Vice President Strategy and Resource Management in August 2006.  As Controller, he is responsible for the integrity of IBRD/IDA’s financial reporting, adequacy of the internal control framework, strategic leadership on accounting, auditing and borrowing country financial management and accountability issues, processing of financial transactions, and supporting institutional information needs.  Additional responsibilities were assumed in 2006 for strategic planning, budget management, and for the World Bank’s integrated risk management system.

Since joining the World Bank group he has held a variety of managerial positions in the World Bank and its private sector lending arm, the International Finance Corporation.  Before joining the World Bank, he was in public accounting and management consulting with one of the major professional firms in London.

Mr. Choudhury has an MA in Engineering Science and Economics from University of Oxford.  He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, a Member of the Institute of Management Consultants in the United Kingdom, and a Certified Government Financial Manager in the United States.

Mr. Choudhury has chaired the International Steering Committee of the International Forum for Accountancy Development and was a member of the Standards Advisory Council of the International Accounting Standards Board.  He is currently a member of the International Advisory and Monitoring Board over the Development Fund for Iraq oil revenues, a body established by the UN Security Council, and of the International Public Interest Oversight Board over the setting of International Auditing and related standards

Outside of the World Bank, Mr. Choudhury is a trustee of World Learning Inc., a private international non-profit organization, promoting intercultural understanding, social justice and economic development.
