庄自力：香港中文大学会计系副教授。1993年获中国人民大学国际经济学学士学位，2001年获美国Carnegie Mellon University经济学博士学位，2006年获宾夕法尼亚大学会计学硕士学位。

庄教授主要研究领域：为资本市场、公司治理、国际会计和公司金融。研究论文发表于The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of Accounting Studies, Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, and Journal of Business Finance and Accounting等期刊。
