My name is Atara Lisanework Yaekob, and I am Ethiopian. With a background in Management and accounting, I have been serving in the tax Audit department at the Ethiopian Ministry of Revenue for over 14 years. My professional journey began in July 2008 when I completed my first degree in Management at Haramya University, followed by an Accounting degree at Africa Beza College in 2016. In 2022, I embarked on a new chapter in my new academic by enrolling in a master's degree program in accounting at the esteemed SNAI in China, through the opportunity of the MOEFCOM scholarship program.

My experience at SNAI has surpassed my expectations in many aspect and succeeded. The program's high-quality education, cutting-edge technology, and experienced faculty members have all played a pivotal role in my professional growth and development. The comprehensive curriculum has equipped me with valuable insights and practical skills that I can apply in my future endeavors.

The diverse and multicultural environment at SNAI has been a highlight of my experience. It has allowed me to immerse myself in China's unique blend of ancient and modern civilization, experience the country's public structures, procedures, language, and work culture, technology, and interact with students from various backgrounds, which has broadened my perspective. This multicultural experience has been invaluable, as it has enriched my learning experience, enabled me to form valuable friendships and professional connections, and provided me with a deep appreciation for traditional Chinese culture and its emphasis on education.

Finally, my time at SNAI has been truly life-changing, broadening my horizons and equipping with the tools and connections to succeed. I excited to see the continued impact this transformative experience will have as I becomes an even more valuable skill to my life , work place and community as well.
