On the morning of October 27, 2008, Chief Operating Officer of the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA) David Millar and the Secretary-General of its China Chapter Guo Jun visited AFDC after they attended the 2008 AFDC Biennial Forum which just closed the day before. They met with Dr. Li Kouqing, Deputy Director-General of AFDC, and discussed the possibilities of future cooperation in enhancing risk management capabilities of financial systems.
