The workshop on public financial management: reform: experience of China collaborated by the Asia-Pacific Finance and Development Institute and the Economics and Finance Institute of Cambodia was held in Shanghai during May 30-June 3, attracting 28 participants from the Cambodian government agencies such as the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Transportation, the Supreme Court, ect . Dr. Hean Sahib, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia, as well as Dr. Li kouqing, president of AFDI, were present at the opening ceremony and gave remarks.
