The workshop on public financial management reform: experience
of China, sponsored by the AFDI and Economic and Finance Institute (EFI) was
held from July 4-8 in Shanghai. The training topics include China’s tax system
reform, program budgeting management, public assets management, inventory
management reform as well as government procurement.
