SNAI holds its Annual Work Conference 2017

On February 20, SNAI held its Annual Work Conference 2017. All the departments reported their annual work plan at the conference to set the stage for the whole year’s work. Members of the SNAI Party Committee Li Kouqing, Liu Qin, Lu Wenbin attended the meeting, and Yi Hongxun hosted the meeting. All the staff participated in the meeting.

President Li delivered a keynote speech at the end of the meeting, pointing out that SNAI should continue its transformation and upgrading in 2017, while making bold strides to facilitate the national fiscal and financial work, and making unremitting efforts to build SNAI into an institute with international recognition.

SNAI’s newly-promoted middle-level cadres attends the MOF Oath-taking Ceremony on Constitution

On February 21, the Ministry of Financeheld the Oath-taking Ceremony on Constitution for its newly-promoted cadres at director and director-general level. Seven middle-level cadres from SNAI whowere newly promoted in 2016 attended the parallel session of the swearing-inceremony via video conference. President Li Kouqing attended the ceremony too.  

After the swearing-in ceremony, these newly-promoted middle-level cadres remarked that they will keep in mind the oath they had made, always be loyal to the constitution, abide by the constitution, safeguard the constitution and set an example when doing the actual work of public finance.

SNAI holds the working meeting of the heads of the research institutes

On February 20, President Li Kouqing and Vice President Liu Qin presided over the working meeting of the heads of the five research institutes of the Teaching and Research Department of SNAI who were newly appointed at the beginning of 2017, and exchanged their opinions over the work to be carried out this year.

Li and Liu pointed out that the new heads of the research institutes should plan well their job responsibilities and tasks under the guidance of the discipline development plan, actively promote discipline construction, serve the central work of public finance, and to provide support for the long-term development of SNAI.

VP LiuQin paid a field visit to the Inspur Group Shanghai

On February 21, a team of faculty led byVice President Liu Qin paid a filed visit to the Big Data-based Entrepreneurshipand Innovation Center, the Cloud Computing Innovation Center built by theInspur Group, Shanghai Company. They met with Yang Liang, Vice President of theInspur Group, and Sun Yezhi, General Manager of Inspur Shanghai. The two sides heldextensive exchanges and discussions around several important issues, including SNAIteaching base construction, cooperation of a big data laboratory on accounting,collaborative research and forum organization and etc, and determined the key cooperativework programs to be carried out between the two sides this year.

Seminar on Free Trade Zone Construction and Accounting Services held at SNAI

 On February21, the seminar on free trade zone construction and accounting services organizedby Liaoning Provincial Institute of Certified Public Accountants was held atSNAI. Secretary-General of the Liaoning Provincial Institute of CertifiedPublic Accountants Yu Yanqi, and Director of the EDP Department of Shanghai National Accounting Institute Zhang Gexing attended the opening ceremony and delivered opening remarks respectively.

The seminar, which was held against the backdrop of the national strategy to revitalize the northeast and its old industrial bases, mainly centered on the accounting services for the construction of Liaoning Free Trade Zone. It is of great significance to promote the transformation of accounting business in Liaoning.
