The 2019 SNAI master program enrollment info and graduate major catalogue" officially released
SNAI officially released the enrollment info for 2019 master's degree program and graduate major catalogue on September 4th. In 2019, SNAI will offer 4 master degree programs in finance, taxation, auditing and accounting respectively. It plans to enroll 185 graduate students in total (including recommended exam-free students).
The 2018 SNAI Outstanding Employee commendation meeting held
The 2018 Outstanding Employee commendation meeting was held at SNAI to celebrate the 34th Teacher's Day on September 6. The meeting was moderated by Mr. Liu Qin, vice president of SNAI. Mr. Lu Wenbin, vice president of SNAI read the congratulatory message from the Ministry of Finance. Mr. Yi Hongxun, assistant to the president announced the list of 2018 outstanding employees. Dr. Li kouqing, president of SNAI delivered a speech calling for all employees to work hard to contribute to SNAI and the society.
The SNAI think tank project conference held
The SNAI think tank project conference was held on September 4th . Dr. Li kouqing, president of SNAI and Mr. Liu Qin, vice president of SNAI attended the conference. Mr. Liu Qin briefly introduced background of the think tank projects and the first review results. Dr. Li emphasized the importance of this project to SNAI’s the transformation and upgrading. He called for all faculty to carefully prepare for the follow-up project development.
The 2018 Asian Evaluation Week held in Chengdu
The 2018 Asian Evaluation Week(AEW), sponsored by the Ministry of Finance, PRC and Asian Evaluation Week, cosponsored by Finance Department of Sichuan Province and Chinese Finance Society, co-organized by SNAI and Independent Evaluation Group(IED) of ADB was held in Chengdu, Sichuan province. The Mr. Hao Lei, deputy director general of budgeting department of MOF, Mr. Mrvin Taylor-Dormond , the director general of IED and Mr. Lu jun, deputy director general of finance department of Sichuan province attended the opening ceremony and gave welcome remarks. The 2018 AEW attracted about 240 participants from 49 countries and 27 international organizations.
The training program for resident offices of Jiangsu provincial commission for discipline inspection at the State-owned enterprises held
The training program for resident offices of Jiangsu provincial commission for discipline inspection at the state-owned enterprises was successfully held at Zhenjiang , Jiangsu province during September 10-14. Mr. Tang xiaoying and Mr. Lu wenbin, vice president attended the opening ceremony. Hundreds of people from many state-owned enterprises responsible for discipline inspection attended the training.
The China-Cambodian workshop on state-owned assets management system in administrative and public institutions held at SNAI
The workshop on state-owned assets management system in administrative and public institutions, jointly sponsored by SNAI and Economic and Finance Institution of Cambodia was held at SNAI recently. Mr. Ek Chanthana, the secretary of Ministry of Finance and Economy, Cambodia, the representatives of the relevant departments as well as Chinese experts joined the workshop, discussing the general situation of the state-owned assets management in two countries.
The special appraisal of graduate tax program of SNAI successfully completed
The special appraisal on SNAI’s graduate tax program conducted by the national MPA education steering committee has been completed recently. SNAI would take this opportunity to accumulate previous experience on graduate program to contribute to the establishment of internationally renowned accounting institute.
The delegation of Qingpu district civilization office visits SNAI for CIIE related affairs.
The delegation led by Mr, Yu Feng, director of Qingpu district civilization office visited SNAI on September 14 to discuss CIIE related affairs including reception resources coordination, intellectual support coordination, volunteer recruitment and training as well as CIIE publicity and promotion.
The SNAI newly-recruited staff attend orientation training in Hebei province.
7 newly-recruited staff of SNAI have been attending the 2018 orientation training for newly-recruited staff of Ministry of Finance in Hebei province recently. The training includes the Chinese socialist thoughts in new era as well as the 19thCPC national congress briefing, the current fiscal and taxation system and reform, the regulations and rules related to finance and fiscal work, the know-how and basic skills required for the job, which could better prepare the new staff for the future work.
The 2018 SNAI Campus Open Day event completed
The 2018 SNAI campus open day was held on September 9, including online broadcasting and on-site participation. About 150 students participated in this event physically or virtually to inquire about many interested questions such as campus facilities and enrollment.
The 3rd cohort training program for NPC representatives held at SNAI
The 3rd cohort training program for NPC representatives was held at SNAI on September 16. The deputy secretary of NPC standing committee and director of Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal People’s Congress attended the training and gave opening remarks. About 540 NPC reprentives from 33 electoral units in Beijing, Tiaenjin, Hebei provinces etc attended this training.
SNAI welcomes the 2018 international students
The 31 international students from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Rwanda, South Sudan, Sierra Leone, Lesotho, Nepal, Eretria arrived at SNAI on Sep 15 and 16 to start their new journey in China as graduate students. The orientation week includes activities such as team building activities, students manual introduction, welcome party and so on, which helps the students to quickly adapt to their studying life in China.
The first executive forum of Qingnengpuzhuo program held successfully
The first executive forum of Qingnengpuzhuo program was successfully held on September 15. Mr. Nie shengzhe, the founder of Tecsunm and the craftsmanship spirit advocator was invited to give a presentation on the management system and craftsmanship spirit at Tecsunm. This series of lectures is the fresh attempt under Qingnengpuzhuo program , which is collaborated between SNAI and Qingpu district government.
The 50-Day countdown to CIIE and skill demonstration event of Shanghai workers held at SNAI
The 50-day countdown to CIIE and skill demonstration event of Shanghai workers was held at SNAI on September 14. This event was jointly sponsored by Shanghai Labor Union, Qingpu district support team for CIIE and SNAI. The senior leaders of Qingpu district government and people’s congress as well as Mr. Lu wenbin, vice president of SNAI attended this event. About 350 participants from all walks of life joined this event to kick off the 50-day countdown to CIIE.
Li Kouqing attends 2018 CLEAR annual forum
The annual meeting of Center for Learning on Evaluation and Results was held in Stockholm, Sweden during September 25-28. About 30 participants from 6 CLEAR regional centers, donors as well as CLEAR global hub attended this forum. Dr. Li kouqing, SNAI president gave presentation on EA center performance during the forum and joined the discussion on several topics
The 2018 3rd webinar of Global Learning Program held
The 3rd webinar of AFDI global learning program on E-commerce and international trade was held recently in AFDI wechat group and web streaming platform simultaneously . This webinar themed on infrastructure construction of E-commerce attracted about 400 participants from China, Australia , Korean, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Jamaica to join the online discussion.
SNAI joined the 6th KDI international webinar
SNAI joined the 6th international webinar organized by the KDI School of Public Policy and Management recently. The webinar discussed the Korean experience on how to respond to the problem of rapid urbanization. About 163 participants from the world including some SNAI faculty joined the online discussion to shed more light on how to contribute to the innovative development of urbanization in the world.
SNAI alumni donation ceremony held in Shanghai Yumin School.
SNAI alumni donation ceremony was organized by SNAI and Deloitte Foundation recently. This event was actively participated by the faculty and students of SNAI. All together 327 books and 23 stationaries have been donated by September. Mr. Yi hongxun, assistant president of SNAI led the delegation to Shanghai Yumin School to attend the donation ceremony on September 26. He noted that caring for the juniors is part of the SNAI’s efforts to exercising social responsibility and he hoped that the juniors could be grateful for others’ kindness and study hard to contribute to the society.
Shanghai Municipal Reception Office and Municipal Commission of Commerce visit SNAI for consultation of CIIE related affaires
The delegation of 6 people from Shanghai Municipal Reception Office and Municipal Commission of Commerce visited SNAI to discuss the reception issues related to CIIE on September 26. The staff of SNAI CPC affairs office, logistics department and other departments joined the meeting.
Jiangsu provincial tax official academy visits SNAI
The delegation of 11 people from Jiangsu provincial tax official academy led by Mr.Huang jianfang, vice president of the academy visited SNAI on September 27 to learn SNAI’s experiences on campus card, distance learning education. Mr. Lu wenbin, vice president of SNAI, the staff from distance learning department and information department joined the discussion and meeting.
