SNAI organized the Teachers' Day AwardsCeremony.

On September 10, SNAI held its Teachers' Day Award Ceremony. Comrade Zhang Feng, SNAI Party Secretary, read the Teachers' Day congratulations letter from the Office of the Board of Directors of theNational Accounting Institute (NAI), sending the Ministry's festive care andblessings to all faculty members. Vice President Bao Xiaowen announced the prize recipients, while Vice President Zhang Gexing announced the names of personnel who have served for 20 and 10 years respectively.

2024 Asian Evaluation Week Opened in Shanghai.

On September 2, 2024, the “2024 Asia Evaluation Week”, jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Finance of China and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), hosted by SNAI and the Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) of the ADB, and co-sponsored by the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau, was held in Shanghai. This year’s event carries the main theme, “Innovations for Influential Evaluation”. The theme of thisyear's event is “Innovation to Enhance the Impact of Evaluation”. SNAI Party Secretary Zhang Feng, Emmanuel Jimenez, Director of the Asian Development Bank's Independent Evaluation Bureau, Shen Hong, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau, and Charlotte Justine Sicat, Executive Director of the ADB, all attended the opening ceremony and gave speeches. Xue Wei, Deputy Director of the Budget Department, and Fan Jihong, Deputy Directorof the Supervision and Evaluation Bureau, Ministry of Finance, provided key note presentations that proved the success of China's budget performance monitoring and evaluation systems. The keynote address was mediated by SNAI vice president Zhang GeXing.

A delegation from the China Zhi Gong Party paid visit to SNAI.

On September 4, Zhang Endi, member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Deputy Secretary General of the CPPCC, and Executive Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Zhi Gong Party, and Cao Hongming, member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), Deputy Chairman of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee of the NPC and Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Zhi Gong Party, led the research team to SNAI for discussions and exchanges on the topic of deepening international financial cooperation and actively participating in global economic governance. SNAI Party Secretary Zhang Feng, and SNAI vice president Zhang Gexing, met with the group and participated in the seminar.

The inaugural national meeting of alumni clubs kicked off.

On September 8, the inaugural national alumni clubmeeting was held in Jinan city of Shandong Province , which was hosted by SNAIand arranged by the Jinan SNAI alumni club. Several alumni clubs from acrossthe country actively participated in the meeting. The alumni clubrepresentatives highlighted their job achievements and experiences, as well asa detailed discussion of future development. Zhang Feng, Party SNAI Secretary,attended the meeting and delivered a closing remark.

The forum on AI Big Model Enabling Financial Digital Intelligence Transformation and Upgrading was conducted in Beijing.

On September 5, the Intelligent Finance Research Institute of SNAI and Yongyou Group jointly sponsored a forum in Beijing titled"Artificial Intelligence Big Model Enabling Financial Digital Intelligence Transformation and Upgrading." Du Yu, Senior Vice President of Yongyou Group, gave the inaugural speech. Fu Jianhua, Vice President of Yonyou Groupand Co-Director of Intelligent Finance Research Institute, and SNAI ProfessorLiu Qin, Director of Intelligent Finance Research Institute, gave keynotespeeches on "AI+ Achievement of Value-based Finance" and"Artificial Intelligence Large Model Empowers the Innovative Developmentof Corporate Finance," respectively. The conference unveiled the Blue Bookof Artificial Intelligence Big Model Finance Application.

SNAI visited several organizations for exchange andpartnership.

Recently, SNAI Party Secretary Zhang Feng led a team tothe Shandong Provincial Department of Finance to discuss the potentialcollaboration on elite accounting personnel training programs in Shandong Province. The SNAI delegation, led by vicepresident Bai Xiaohong,visited the Ministry of Finance's Department of Science,Education, and Culture and the Audit Commission's Department of Human Educationto provide an update on its application to the Ministry of Education to becomeeligible to offer an auditing PhD program.. The delegation also paid visits toPeking University's School of Law, the China Academy of Fiscal Science, andNortheastern University of Finance and Economics' School of Accounting toexchange ideas.

The opening ceremony of 2024 SICPA Partner Workshop was held at SNAI

The 2024 SICPAPartner Workshop kicked off and the signing ceremony of strategic cooperationbetween SNAI and Shanghai Institute of Certified Public Accountants (SICPA)were conducted at SNAI on September 24. The ceremony was witnessed by GuHongxiang, President of SICPA, and Lu Wenbin, President of SNAI. Bothindividuals delivered speeches. The strategic cooperation agreement was signedby Gu Hongxiang and Lu Wenbin on behalf of both parties. In order to realizeresource sharing, complement each other's strengths, and jointly promote thehigh-quality development of the CPA profession, both parties will make jointefforts to carry out extensive and in-depth cooperation in a variety of fields,including talent training, academic research, and brand promotion.

Lecture on “Reformof Fiscal and Taxation System to Promote the Construction of Modern IndustrialSystem held

The ceremony forthe collaborative development of the field study site and the lecture on"Reform of Fiscal and Taxation System to Promote the Construction ofModern Industrial System" were conducted on September 20 by the YangzhouFinance Bureau and the SNAI. Guo Jia, the deputy director of the YangzhouFinance Bureau, and Zhang Gexing, the vice president of SNAI, signed anagreement to cooperatively develop the field study site. They also unveiled theplaque for the field study base. The experts at the lecture examined the closerelationship between the construction of a modern industrial system and thereform of the fiscal and taxation system. They also emphasized the criticalrole of the reform in optimizing resource allocation, promoting scientific andtechnological innovation, and facilitating the industry's upgrading.

National FlagRaising Ceremony was held at SNAI.

In commemorationof the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the People's Republic of China,the national flag was raised at SNAI on September 30. The ceremony was attendedby 200 individuals, including postgraduates and international students. SNAI PartySecretary Zhang Feng emphasized that the youth of SNAI are a significant factorin promoting the development of SNAI and are responsible for nationalrejuvenation.

The Zero CarbonPavilion of Xinjinyuan Digital Intelligence Bay was the site of the Suzhou"1030" Industry seminar on Accounting, Auditing, and ValuationServices on September 21st. The occasion was attended by Jin Xiaohu, DeputySecretary General of Suzhou Municipal Government, and Zhang Feng, SNAI PartySecretary, who both delivered speeches. Subsequently, Zhang Feng and LiuXiaomei, Director General of the Suzhou Municipal Finance Bureau, participatedin the round table forum entitled "Accounting, Auditing, and EvaluationServices to Support the Development of Suzhou's '1030' Industrial System."

The first batch of training for young and middle-aged officers of Party Affairs of the CPA Profession kicked off in Shanghai.

On September 19, the first batch of training for youngand middle-aged officers of Party Affairs of the CPA Profession began inShanghai. The 10-day training drew 48 participants. Jiang Yong, Secretary ofthe CICPA Party Committee; Zhang Feng, SNAI Party Secretary; and Tong Qingguo, memberof the CICPA Party Committee, all attended the inaugural ceremony.

SNAI organized event for Women Entrepreneurs of Jiaxing city.

The gathering for female entrepreneurs at SNAI was recently arranged in collaborationwith the Jiaxing Women's Federation and Jiaxing Women EntrepreneursAssociation. More than 60 female entrepreneurs attended the event, includingJiang Jinhua, president of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs, and CuiYaqin, head of the Women's Federation of Jiaxing City. The SNAI PartySecretary, Zhang Feng, was present and spoke.

Finance and Audit Bureau of Suzhou Industrial Park visited SNAI.

On September 23,Shen Xiaoming, the director of Suzhou Industrial Park's finance and auditbureau, visited SNAI with Wang Nannan, the secretary general of the SuzhouAlumni Club, and Yu Yancheng, the director of the Suzhou Alumni Club andfounding partner of Suzhou Zhongyi Mingyuan Venture Capital Management Co.,Ltd. Zhang Gexing, the vice president of SNAI, attended the meeting with thevisitors. He presented the state of the SNAI think tank's progress as well as anumber of excellent talent cultivation initiatives. Director Shen Xiaoming gavean overview of Suzhou Industrial Park's overall financial and operationalstatus.
