SNAI Wins Bids for 10 Ministry-Province Co-constructed Research Projects of the Ministry of Finance for 2025

Recently, the Ministry of Finance issued the Notice on High-Quality Implementation of the 2025 Joint Research Projects Co-constructed by the Ministry and Provinces. SNAI has secured project approvals for a total of 10 research projects, including 7 commissioned projects and 3 competitive projects, marking the highest number of approved projects in the institute’s history. The winning projects involve 8 departments/bureaus of the Ministry of Finance, such as the Policy Research Office, the General Department, the Tariff Department, the Budget Department, the Economic Construction Department, the Accounting Department, the Financial Department, and the Supervision and Evaluation Bureau. This year, the Ministry of Finance has released a total of 29 research topics for its ministry-province co-constructed projects, including 17 commissioned projects and 12 competitive projects.

Seminar on the Construction and Application of the Internal Control Standard System for Public Hospitals Held at SNAI

Recently, the Seminar on the Construction and Application of the Internal Control Standard System for Public Hospitals, hosted by the Internal Control Professional Committee of the Chinese Accounting Association and organized by SNAI Hospital Operation Management Research Center, was held at SNAI. The seminar brought together leading experts and practice pioneers from multiple fields such as medical and health care, financial management, and hospital management to conduct special discussions on the construction and optimization of internal control in public hospitals. Zhang Feng, SNAI Party Secretary, attended the seminar and gave remarks.

SNAI’s Graduate Education Center Project Design Plan Approved by Qingpu District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau

On March 7th, the planning and design plan for SNAI’s Graduate Education Center Project was approved by the Qingpu District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, marking the project’s entry into a new construction phase. In the next phase, SNAI will launch bidding and procurement work for preliminary preparations, engineering supervision, and general construction contracting in accordance with the requirements of the plan approval. In line with the construction procedures, SNAI will apply to the Qingpu District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau for the Construction Project Planning Permit, and initiate the application for the Construction Permit after the bid for general construction contracting is awarded.

SNAI Renews Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Youyou Group

On March 14th, at the Financial Digital Intelligence Summit for Large Enterprise in 2025 hosted by Youyou Group at SNAI, the two parties renewed their strategic cooperation agreement. Since the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement in 2017, both parties have achieved extensive cooperation results in areas such as joint curriculum system development, special research projects, and ecological resource sharing. In the future, they will further strengthen their strategic cooperation and carry out systematic collaboration in broader fields. Lu Wenbin, SNAI President, and Du Yu, BG President of Youyou Group , attended the event and delivered speeches.

SNAI Holds 2025 Work Plan Meeting for Alumni Learning Societies

On March 9th, SNAI held the 2025 Work Plan Meeting for Alumni Learning Societies. Presidents of Alumni Learning Societies from various regions attended the meeting and jointly discussed key work priorities for the new year around the theme of "strengthening alumni integration and enhancing the influence of learning societies". During the meeting, presidents of each learning society shared their ideas for organizing activities in 2025 based on their respective characteristics, and the president of the  Alumni Learning Society in Suzhou reported on the preparation progress of SNAI’s 2nd National Alumni Learning Societies Conference. Relevant staff from SNAI also attended the meeting.

Delegation from Anhui Credit Financing Guarantee Group Visits SNAI

On March 6th, a delegation led by Cheng Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Anhui Credit Financing Guarantee Group, visited SNAI. Exchanges and discussions were held on talent cultivation, research projects, and other aspects related to the financing guarantee industry. SNAI Launches 1^st Cohort of New Series of AI-Integrated Open Courses for Administrative and Public Institutions

From March 18th to 20th, the Advanced Training Program on "AI Empowering Financial Management Professional Competence Enhancement for Administrative and Public Institutions", part of the AI course series, was held in Chongqing. This training program marks the first cohort of SNAI’s newly launched AI-integrated open course series tailored for administrative and public institutions. Dozens of participants from administrative and public institutions across China, including Beijing, Anhui, Liaoning, Guangxi, and Shenzhen, attended the training.

SNAI Faculty Member Honored as Excellent Individual in Information Work of the Ministry of Finance for 2024

Recently, the Ministry of Finance issued the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Finance on Recognizing and Commending Excellent Units, Units with Significant Progress, and Excellent Individuals in Information Work of the Ministry of Finance for 2024. The notice recognizes and commends 19 excellent units in information work, 6 units with significant progress, and 87 excellent individuals in information work. Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, was honored as an "Excellent Individual in Information Work of the Ministry of Finance for 2024".

2025 High-Quality Development Forum on Internal Auditing Held at SNAI

On March 29th, the "2025 High-Quality Development Forum on Internal Auditing", co-hosted by Shanghai National Accounting Institute (SNAI) and the China Institute of Commercial Accounting (CICA), was held at SNAI. The forum attracted over 500 internal auditing professionals from various industries to attend in person, and more than 60,000 audience members participated via online platforms. Lu Wenbin, SNAI President, and Li Fengchu, Vice President of the China Institute of Commercial Accounting, attended the forum and delivered speeches.
