The High-Quality Development Symposium on National Accounting Institutes  Held at SNAI

On April 8th, the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance organized and held the National Accounting Institutes High-Quality Development Symposium at SNAI. Participants discussed the goals, ideas, and measures for further promoting the high-quality development of the institutes, focusing on areas such as high-end training, degree education, think tank development, international financial and economic exchanges, and internal management. Liu Guangzhong, First-level Inspector of the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance, attended and delivered a speech. Qin Li, Second-level Inspector of the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau and Director of the Accounting Division, Lu Wenbin, SNAI President, Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI and Qin Yuexing, Vice President of SNAI, attended the symposium. Responsible comrades from the Accounting Personnel Management Office of the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance and relevant internal institutions of SNAI participated in the discussion.

The"Elite Program" for Fiscal Science and Management Training in Jiangsu (1^st cohort) Launched at SNAI

The"Elite Program" for Fiscal Science and Management Training in Jiangsu (1^st cohort) was launched at SNAI . The first cohort of this program has a two-year training cycle. It will carry out all-round talent development work by focusing on teaching modules including political competence and macro-policy interpretation, professional competence in fiscal science and management, international perspective, cutting-edge technologies and strategic emerging industries, as well as leadership and comprehensive quality, while integrating the outcome-based teaching model. Ni Guoqiang, Deputy Director of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance, Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, and Zhang Hua, Director of the Personnel and Education Department and First-level Researcher of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance, attended the opening ceremony of the training program.

Training Program for Senior Managers in the Financing Guarantee Industry Launches at SNAI

On April 9th, the Training Program for Senior Managers in the Financing Guarantee Industry was launched at SNAI. Over 200 senior managers from the financing guarantee industry attended this training program. Chen Lin, Vice President of the China Financing Guarantee Association, and Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.

On April 1st, the training program on "Strengthening Internal Control and Preventing Risks" for the Government-Sponsored Financing Guarantee Cooperation System of National Financing Guarantee Fund was launched at SNAI. Advanced Training Program on "Strengthening Internal Control and Refining Management" for Enhancing Hospital Governance Efficiency Held (1^st cohort）in Wenzhou

Recently, SNAI’s Public Hospital Financial Management and High-Quality Development Program (20 cohorts in total ), which includes the Advanced Training Program (1^st cohort) on Strengthening Internal Control and Refining Management" for Enhancing Hospital Governance Efficiency, was held at the No.2 Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. Middle and senior managers from many public hospitals across the country participated in the training. This also marks the first time that SNAI’s case teaching for public hospitals has been conducted in Wenzhou. Chen Kailiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the No. 2 Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, Cai Zhanying, Vice President of the hospital, and Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, attended the opening ceremony.

SNAI Holds Special Meeting on Key Construction Projects Auditing

On April 8th, SNAI held a special meeting on key construction projects auditing. The meeting summarized the phased work of the whole-process follow-up auditing for the renovation project of the No. 3 Canteen, and conducted early mobilization and early deployment for the whole-process follow-up auditing of the postgraduate education center construction project. The meeting was presided over by Xue Xuhong, Deputy Director of the Disciplinary Inspection Office. Qin Yuexing, Vice President of SNAI, attended the meeting and delivered remarks.

SNAI Carries Out Integrity Education Volunteer Services for Two Schools in Xujing

Recently, the Communist Youth League Committee of SNAI and the SNAI Integrity Lecturer Group jointly carried out two volunteer service activities themed "Integrity Culture Outlook and Teenagers' Financial Literacy". The two activities included three parts: introduction to SNAI's history and overview, financial management lectures, and visits to the SNAI’s Exhibition Hall of Intergrity Culture. Nearly 500 teachers and students from Xujing Middle School and Xujing No. 2 Primary School entered the SNAI campus and participated in an immersive "integrity journey".

SNAI Holds 2025 "Safe Campus" Construction and Security Work Conference 

On April 23rd, SNAI held the 2025 "Safe Campus" Construction and Security Work Conference. At the conference, an expert in the national security field delivered a special report on Current National Security Situation, Risks and Recommendations. Afterwards, heads of relevant departments delivered speeches to share and exchange views on SNAI’s work in areas including campus security, data and cybersecurity, public opinion, and ideological security. Members of SNAI’s work safety team, personnel with access to classified information from various departments, and some full-time on-campus postgraduates attended the conference. Lu Wenbin, SNAI President, presided over the conference.

SNAI Holds Award Ceremony for Special Scholarships for International Students of the 2023 Cohort

On April 24th, SNAI held the Award Ceremony for Special Scholarships for International Students of the 2023 Cohort, recognizing international students who won the "Outstanding Academic Achievement Award" and "Academic Progress Award" supported by Reanda International. Leaders and guests including Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, Huang Jinhui, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Reanda International and Adjunct Professor of SNAI, and Zhang Xiaoyue, Assistant to the President of Reanda International, as well as all international students of the 2023 and 2024 cohorts of SNAI, attended the ceremony.

Mid-Term Report Meeting for the 1^st cohort & Opening Ceremony for the 2^nd cohort of Suzhou Leading Accounting Talent Development Program Held

On April 27th, the Mid-Term Report Meeting for the 1^st cohort and the Opening Ceremony for the 2^nd cohort of the Suzhou Leading Accounting Talent Development Program were held. Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, Wu Lin, Director of the Accounting Department of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance, Yan Xiao, Deputy Director of Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Finance, invited directors of the Suzhou Fiscal Accounting Association, leading officials in charge of accounting work from the finance bureaus of various county-level cities (districts), and a total of 111 participants from the two cohorts attended the event.

On April 26th, the advanced training program on Integration of Industry and Finance to Facilitate the Cultivation of New-Quality Productive Forces, co-hosted by the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and SNAI, was launched at SNAI. SNAI Organizes Special Lecture on China-US Tariff Policy

On April 22nd, the special lecture themed "Analysis of China-US Tariff Policy and Corporate Response Strategies", sponsored by the Bonded Area Administration and undertaken by Shanghai National Accounting Institute, was held at the Lujiazui International Accounting Center. This lecture attracted nearly 100 senior executives and customs affairs managers from enterprises in the bonded area to attend. It aims to help enterprises accurately grasp the latest developments in China-US trade policies and effectively improve the level of customs risk management.

The Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance Sends a Letter of Thanks to SNAI

Recently, the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance sent a letter of thanks to Shanghai National Accounting Institute (SNAI), expressing gratitude for SNAI’s strong support for the Accounting Laws and Regulations Quiz Activity held from November 18, 2024 to March 18, 2025. The activity has concluded successfully, attracting over 760,000 participants. It has achieved a positive social response and delivered excellent results in popularizing legal knowledge.
