SNAI Held Graduation Ceremony for the 2025 Cohort of the Master of Professional Accounting Program for Developing Countries. 

On July 3^rd, SNAI held the Graduation Ceremony for the 2025 Cohort of the Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) Program for Developing Countries. Total 18 graduated international students from 11 countries (including Ethiopia, Eritrea, Madagascar, Algeria, Botswana, Tanzania, Syria, Afghanistan, and Cambodia), 32 enrolled international students of the 2024 Cohort, and some alumni representatives attended the event. Special guests in attendance included Zhang Zhengwei, Director of the ISSB Beijing Office; Han Bing, Director of the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance; Jin Jue, Deputy Director of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Division of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce; Zhu Xiaoyun, Director of ACCA Central China Region (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants); and Zhang Xiaoyue, Assistant to the President of Reanda International. Besides, present at the ceremony had members of SNAI’s leadership team and faculty representatives of the institute.

AThe Advanced Training Program for Leading Talents of Jiangsu Provincial Government Procurement Agencies in 2025 Launches at SNAI

On July 8th, the advanced training program for leading talents of Jiangsu Provincial Government Procurement Agencies was launched at SNAI. A total of 80 participants, including directors and key business personnel of Jiangsu provincial government procurement agencies, attended the training. Song Yiwu, President of the Jiangsu Government Procurement Association, Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, and Ou Guoping, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Jiangsu Government Procurement Association, attended the opening ceremony.

The 7th National Training Program for Data Pricing Professionals & the 3rd Cohort of Training Program for the Healthcare Sector was Held in Shanghai. 

Recently, the 7th national training program for data pricing professionals and the 3rd cohort of training program for the healthcare sector, was held in Shanghai. Hosted by the Data Pricing Professional Committee of the China Price Association, this training was co-organized by the Guangdong Hospital Association, the Healthcare Data Asset Management Working Committee of the Guangdong Hospital Association, the Guangdong Health Medical Data Asset Quality Control, Evaluation, Registration and Valuation Center of the Guangdong Academy of Medical Sciences, Shanghai National Accounting Institute (SNAI), and the Shanghai Data Exchange. It was supported by the Shanghai Digital Health Information Center, Shanghai Xinyi Technology Co., Ltd., and Huarui Shouchuang Data Co., Ltd. Over 100 participants from more than 20 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country attended the training.

China Mobile’s Training Program for Financial Management Capability Enhancement in 2025 was Launched at SNAI.

On July 7^th, the training program for financial management capability enhancement for China Mobile was launched at SNAI. Senior executives in charge of financial work from 46 subsidiaries of China Mobile Group attended the training. Wang Jia, Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department of China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd., and Bai Xiaohong, Vice President of SNAI, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.

SNAI-ASU Executive Forum 2025 for Entrepreneurs was Held at SNAI. 

SNAI-ASU Executive Forum 2025 for Entrepreneurs was held at SNAI on July 5th,. With the theme of "Macro Perspective:Investment Opportunities, Challenges, and Breaking Through Regional Economic Development Dilemmas", the forum brought together top scholars, industry leaders, and over 200 alumni and industry elites to proceed cooperative discussion on investment trends and corporate strategies via global economic perspective. Professor Ohad Kadan, Dean of the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University (ASU, USA), and Professor Li Kouqing, former Director of the ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO), delivered keynote speeches respectively. During the forum, the appointment ceremony for Adjunct Professors of SNAI was also held.

SNAI Hosted the 7^th "VISION" Lecture Series for International Students

SNAI hosted the 7^th "VISION" Lecture Series for International Students on July 3^rd. Zhang Zhengwei, Director of the ISSB Beijing Office, gave a presentation on the theme of "Seizing New Opportunities in Sustainable Information Disclosure". International students of SNAI, as well as participants from the Leading Accounting Talent Programs of Hunan, Hebei, and Henan provinces, attended the lecture. Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, presided over the lecture.

Annual Seminar of SNAI’s Modern Industry Development Research Center was Held at SNAI

On July 5^th, Annual Seminar of SNAI’s Modern Industry Development Research Center was held at SNAI. A group of experts, scholars, and part-time industrial researchers of the Research Center attended the seminar. Leaders and experts discussed around  key research areas and topics for the Research Center’s development in the future, as well as how to promote the construction of the Research Center’s working mechanism. The seminar also included the appointment ceremony of Senior Advisors for the Modern Industry Development Research Center. Zhang Feng, SNAI Party Secretary and Director of the Modern Industry Development Research Center, awarded senior advisor appointment letters to nine experts. Lu Wenbin, SNAI President, attended the seminar and delivered a speech. Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, and Executive Director of the Center, presided over the seminar and reported the brief of works of the Center since its establishment.

Training Program on finance and SMEs’ Sustainable Development for Belt and Road Countries was Launched at SNAI.

The training program on finance and SMEs’ sustainable development for Belt and Road Countries, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and undertaken by SNAI, was launched on July 21^st. Total 42 government officials, experts, and enterprise representatives from 11 countries, including Armenia, Cambodia, Cuba, South Africa, Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Lesotho, Uganda, the Gambia, and Togo, gathered to jointly explore innovative paths for fiscal and financial support to the development of SMEs. 2025 Training Program of Shanghai Municipal Policy-Based Financing Guarantee Fund Management Center was Held at SNAI

On July 17^th, the 2025 Training Program of Shanghai Municipal Policy-Based Financing Guarantee Fund Management Center was held at SNAI. Zheng Changlin, Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau; Lu Wenbin, SNAI President; and Chen Jiong, Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Financing Guarantee Center attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.

2025 Training Program for Enhancing Financial Management Capabilities of Shanghai Municipal-Level Hospitals was was Launched at SNAI. 

The 2025 Training Program on Enhancing Financial Management Capabilities for Shanghai Municipal-Level Hospitals sponsored by Shanghai Hospital Development Center and undertaken by SNAI was launched on July 18th. Total 115 participants, including chief accountants, financial directors, and financial Personnel from over 30 Shanghai municipal-level hospitals, hospitals affiliated to the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, and military hospitals in Shanghai, attended the training. Lu Chunyun, Deputy Director of Shanghai Hospital Development Center, and Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.

Written Examination for the First Stage of the 4^th National Accounting Knowledge Competition was Held at Shanghai Hongqiao International Talent Assessment Center. 

On July 26^th, the written examination for the first stage of the 4th National Accounting Knowledge Competition was held at Shanghai Hongqiao International Talent Assessment Center. Organized by Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and sponsored by SNAI, this written examination attracted participation of 46 teams (188 participants in total) from CPA Professional sector, including 29 teams from provincial-level CPA associations and 17 teams from accounting firms. Meanwhile, 6 teams (24 participants in total) from the bookkeeping agency sector took part in the examination.

The "Intelligent Finance" Forum of the World Artificial Intelligence Conference 2025 was Held in Shanghai. 

From July 26^th to 28^th, the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) 2025 was held in Shanghai. During this period, the "Intelligent Finance" Forum of the WAIC 2025 took place at the Shanghai World Expo Center. With the theme of "Trusted AI Drives the Digital & Intelligent Transformation of Finance", the forum was co-hosted by SNAI and Huifu Tianxia Co., Ltd., co-organized by Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology Co., Ltd., China CITIC Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, and CPA Australia, and academically supported by the Intelligent Finance Professional Committee of the China Association of Chief Financial Officers (CACFO) and the Intelligent Finance Research Institute of SNAI. Experts and senior scholars from the global academic and industrial circles in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent finance gathered to jointly discussed the theoretical research and practical application of trusted AI technology in the financial sector, and presented the latest achievements and future prospects of China’s financial digital & intelligent transformation. Over 1,000 audiences attended the forum, while more than 40,000 people watched the live broadcast via channels such as Xinhua News Agency, China Financial News.

Delegation Led by the Director of CAREC Institute Visited SNAI. 

On July 28^th, a delegation led by Director Charymuhamet Shallyyev of the CAREC Institute visited Shanghai National Accounting Institute. Zhang Feng, SNAI Party Secretary, and Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, hosted talks and exchanges with Director Saliev and his delegation. The two parties discussed and exchanged views on further strengthening cooperation, conducting joint research in relevant fields, and carrying out international financial and economic capacity-building activities, all of which reached a preliminary consensus. 

Delegation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) Visited SNAI. 

On July 22^nd, a four-member delegation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) led by Azlina Bulmer, Executive Director of International Markets at ICAEW, and Yu Jingjing, Director of ICAEW China, visited Shanghai National Accounting Institute SNAI. Lu Wenbin, SNAI President, hosted talks and exchanges with the visiting delegation. On the basis of affirming the achievements of their long-term cooperation in the past, the two parties conducted in-depth exchanges on areas of common concerns, including sustainable development, industry talent cultivation, and ethical integrity building.
