The 4^thJoint Intensive Training for Leading Accounting Talents in the Yangtze River Delta was Held in Shanghai.

From July 31^st to August 3^rd , the 4th Joint Intensive Training for Leading Accounting Talents in the Yangtze River Deltawas held at Shanghai National Accounting Institute. This training includedsessions such as lectures, field study, and participants’ exchangereports. Nearly 400 participants from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, aswell as relevant officials in charge of leading accounting talentdevelopment programs from provincial financial departments, jointly attendedthe training. Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, Zhu Gang, DeputyDirector of the Accounting Department of Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau, attendedthe opening ceremony.

The 1^st Cohort of the Leading Financial Talent Development Program of China Railway Shanghai Group Co., Ltd. was Launched at SNAI.

Recently,the 1^st Cohort of the Leading Financial Talent Development Program of China Railway Shanghai Group Co., Ltd. (CR ShanghaiGroup) was launched at SNAI. Fifty outstanding financial talents from CRShanghai Group participated in this training. SNAI Party Secretary Zhang Feng Gave "First Lesson of the New Semester" to 2025 Postgraduate Students.

On August 15^th, Zhang Feng, SNAI Party Secretary, gave the "First Lesson of the New Semester" to the 2025 postgraduate students.Focussing on aspects such as social talent demands, national postgraduateeducation reform, SNAI’s postgraduate training objectives, and corecompetitiveness in the digital era, he guided the new students to lay asolid foundation at the starting of their academic journey.

SNAI Delegation Visited CAREC Institute. 

OnAugust 4^th, Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, led a delegation to visit the CAREC Institute. Charymuhammet Shallyyev, Directorof CAREC Institute, and Dr. Kuat Akizhanov, Second Deputy Director of CARECInstitute, met with the SNAI delegation. The two parties exchangedviews on deepening institutional cooperation. In the next step, they willjointly formulate a specific plan to promote the implementation of cooperationconsensus and transform it into practical results.

Delegation from Xiamen National Accounting Institute Visited SNAI for Research.

OnAugust 13^th, a 6-member delegation led by Deng Jianping, Vice President ofXiamen National Accounting Institute (XNAI), visited Shanghai NationalAccounting Institute to conduct special research on postgraduate education relatedwork. Bai Xiaohong, Vice President of SNAI, attended the discussion. Personsin charge from SNAI’s Teaching and Research Department, PostgraduateDepartment, Scientific Research Management Department,Cooperation Department, and Information Department also participated inthe discussion.

SNAI Held the Second Plenary Session of the First Strategic Advisory Committee.

On August 24^th, Shanghai National Accounting Institute held the 2^nd Plenary Session of the 1^st Strategic Advisory Committee. Zhang Feng,SNAI Party Secretary, delivered a welcome speech. Han Bing, Director ofthe Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance, delivered aspeech on behalf of the Office of the National Accounting InstitutesHigh-Quality Development Coordination Group. Lu Wenbin, SNAI President,reported on SNAI’s progress in implementing the outcomes of the first plenarysession. Subsequently, all committee members fully affirmed SNAI’s efforts inimplementing the outcomes of the first session and its achievements. They thenfocused on how to further promote SNAI’s high-quality development, conductedin-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges brought by the digitaleconomy, artificial intelligence, and sustainable development.

2025 Fiscal and Tax Management Course for Leading Talents in SME Operation and Management was Held at SNAI.

From August 19^th to 21^st, the 2025 Fiscal and Tax Management Course for Leading Talents in SME Operation and Management was held at Shanghai NationalAccounting Institute SNAI. Over 90 outstanding SME managers from more than 30provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China participated inthe intensive training. Dong Hao, Director of the Service Construction Divisionof the SME Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and InformationTechnology (MIIT), Zeng Weiming, Deputy Director of the Talent ExchangeCenter of MIIT and Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, attended theopening ceremony and delivered speeches.

The 4^th National Accounting Knowledge Competition was Held at SNAI.

On August 19^th, the competition for the CPA sector andthe book keeping agency sector in the first stage ofthe 4^th National Accounting Knowledge Competition was held at SNAI. Thecompetition was sponsored by the Chinese Institute of Certified PublicAccountants (CICPA) and co-organized by SNAI. A total of 11 teams from thenational CPA sector and 4 teams from the bookkeeping agency sector participatedin the competition. The winning teams will head to the second stage of thenational competition, and more than 70,000 viewers watched the eventsimultaneously via online live-streaming platforms.

SNAI Held Graduation Ceremony for 24^th cohort of EMPAccProgram and Opening Ceremony for 26^th Cohort of EMPAcc Program.

On August 23rd, the Graduation Ceremony for 24^th cohort and Opening Ceremony for 26^th Cohort of the Executive Masterof Professional Accounting (EMPAcc) Program, co-hosted by ShanghaiNational Accounting Institute (SNAI) and the Chinese University of HongKong (CUHK), was held at SNAI. The staff from the programoffices of both parties, alumni representatives, over 300 graduates, newly-enrolled students,and their family members and friends attended the ceremony. On August 25^th, the 2025 Financial Talents Training Program of Beijing State-Owned Assets Company was launched at SNAI. Fifty participants from the financial positions of Beijing State-Owned Assets Company participated inthis training. Yan Zhong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of BeijingState-Owned Assets Company, and Lu Wenbin, SNAI President, attended theopening ceremony and delivered speeches.

Training Course for Economic Management Personnel in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region'sTraditional Chinese Medicine System was Launched at SNAI.

On August 25^th, the training course for economic management personnel in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) System of Guangxi Zhuang AutonomousRegion was launched at Shanghai National Accounting Institute. Total 133 finance-expertisepersons from the TCM system of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regionparticipated in this training. The 2025 Finance Personnel Training Course of Shandong Electric Power Equipment Group Co., Ltd.——the first cooperativeprogram between the Group and SNAI——waslaunched on August 18^th. Fifty participants from the financialpositions of Shandong Electric Power Equipment Group participated in thistraining. Wang Fei, Chief Accountant of Shandong Electric Power EquipmentGroup, and Zhang Gexing, Vice President of SNAI, attended the openingceremony and delivered speeches.

Thesis supervised by SNAI Faculty was Included in Shanghai Financial Master's Thesis Collection.

In May 2025, the Shanghai Financial Professional Degree Graduate Education Steering Committee launched the 8^th call for submissions to includetheses in the Shanghai Financial Master's Thesis Collection. Total 45theses recommended by various universities in Shanghai were received. Inaccordance with the event rules, after recommendations from academicinstitutions and anonymous review by experts, 20 theses were finally selectedfor inclusion. Among them, the financial master's thesis supervised by SNAIProfessor Ye Xiaojie was recognized as eligible to be includedin the 8^th Shanghai Financial Master's Thesis Collection.
