The Shandong Provincial Training Program on Tax Policy and Non-tax Revenue opened at SNAI on April 14. The training covers thematic sessions on prevalent challenges innon-tax revenue administration, an interpretation of the new VAT Law alongsidetax reform trends, and measures to consolidate tax bases via enhanced fiscaland taxation coordination.

Leading Accounting Talents Training Program for Hefei  (1st cohort) Kicked Off at SNAI

On April 13, the Leading Accounting Talents Training Program for Hefei (1st cohort) was held at the Shanghai National Accounting Institute (SNAI). A total of 50 key accounting professionals from administrative institutions and enterprises in Hefei have been selected forthis two‑year training program.

SNAI Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Nanhua Futures

SNAIentered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd. Adhering to the principle of "complementary advantages, resource sharing,mutual benefit and win-win results", both sides will carry out in-depthcooperation in academic collaboration, think tank research, talent development and brand promotion to advance industry-education integration. Zhang Gexing,Vice President of SNAI, and Jia Xiaolong, General Manager of Nanhua Futures, signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties. Zhang Feng, Party Secretaryof SNAI, Luo Xufeng, Chairman of Nanhua Futures, together with 28 young financial officials from developing countries across 15 countries studying at SNAI, witnessed the signing ceremony.

SNAI Hosted 2026 Alumni Service Work Seminar

On April 9, SNAI hosted the 2026 Alumni Service WorkSeminar. The meeting focused on the priorities of alumni services and collaborative work, systematically identified existing weaknesses, consolidated departmental synergy and clarified key annual tasks, laying a solid foundation for high-quality alumni work throughout the year. Delegation from CPA Australia Visited SNAI for Work Exchange

OnApril 3, Gong Haoying, Director of East & Central China Region of CPAAustralia, and two other delegates visited SNAI and held talks with SNAI President Lu Wenbin. The two sides discussed ways to deepen cooperation injoint training of high-end talents, collaborative research on cutting-edgetopics, and international communication of outstanding Chinese accounting practices.

Xuqing Middle School Visited SNAI forIntegrity Education Activity

On April 1, the volunteer activity organized by SNAI Youth League was held for nearly 300 teachers and students from Xuqing Middle School. Combining financial popularization with integrity education, the activity featured mini finance lectures and immersivetours at the Integrity Museum, helping teenagers understand integrity and improve financial literacy.

Opening Ceremony for 2nd Cohort of MOF Leading Accounting Talent Capacity Improvement Program was Held (enterprise track)

On April 17, the opening ceremony for the 2nd cohort of the MOF Leading Accounting Talent Capacity Improvement Program was held simultaneously at Beijing National Accounting Institute and Shanghai National Accounting Institute(SNAI). Lin Qiyun, Director of the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance, Pei Renquan, Deputy Director of the Financial Management and Operation Bureau of SASAC, Ye Kangtao, President of Beijing National Accounting Institute, and Zhang Feng, Party Secretary of SNAI, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Total 120 trainees of the 2nd cohort and 30 trainees of the National Accounting Knowledge Competition Class attended the ceremony.

2026 Comprehensive Empowerment Training for Senior Managers in the Financing Guarantee Industry was Launched at SNAI

On April 21, the Comprehensive Empowerment Training for Senior Managers in the Financing Guarantee Industry was launched at SNAI.The training focused on enhancing the comprehensive capabilities of seniormanagers in the financing guarantee industry, with courses covering macro-economics, international situations, leadership, intelligentdecision-making, crisis management and other dimensions. A total of 150 senior managers from the national financing guarantee industry participated. On April 20, the 1st cohort of Financial Grassroots Staff Training Program 2026 for Sinochem Holdings was launched at SNAI, with 98 grassroots finance staff from Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd. participating. On April 22, the Advanced Seminar on Establishing and Improving the Modern Enterprise System with Chinese Characteristics and the Training Program for Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs in Jining were launched at SNAI. The programs were co-organized by the Talent Exchange Service Center ofthe All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the United Front WorkDepartment of Jining Municipal Party Committee and SNAI, focusing on improving the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics and enhancing young entrepreneurs' capabilities to support high-quality development of the private economy. ISSB Standards Training was Lanched at SNAI

On April 25, the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) Standards Training was held at SNAI. As the closing event of the ISSB Board Members' Week at SNAI, the training brought together top global sustainability experts and domestic corporate representatives, withover 200 managers and practitioners in sustainability-related fields from domestic and overseas listed companies, regulatory authorities, academic institutions and accounting firms. The training aimed to interpret two core standards issued by the ISSB — IFRS S1 General Requirements for Disclosureof Sustainability-related Financial Information and IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures — to promote their understanding and application worldwide,particularly to strengthen their local implementation in China. Richard Barker and Leng Bing, ISSB Board Members, and Nicolai Lundy, Chief External Liaison Officer of the International Sustainability Standards Board (IFRS Foundation), served as keynote speakers.

The 8th cohort of MiM Program was Launched at SNAI

On April 25, the opening ceremony for the 8th cohort of MiM program was held at SNAI. Lu Wenbin, President of SNAI, Shao Baomin, Associate Dean of W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona StateUniversity (online), and Yu Laixin, Director of the Finance and Financial Management Department of China Railway, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Relevant leaders of China Railway's finance system and all new students of MiM Cohort 8A attended the opening ceremony. The program marks the 1st in-depth customized talent cooperation between SNAI's Sino-foreigncooperative master's program and a central SOE and represents a new exploration of industry-education integration and university-enterprise collaboration models.
