Chang Junhong Visited SNAI

On June 10, Chang Junhong, Member of the Party Group andAssistant Minister of the Ministry of Finance, paid a visit to Shanghai National Accounting Institute (SNAI). During the visit, Chang Junhong met with faculty staff representatives, conducted on‑site inspections of campus environment, teaching facilities and ongoing construction projects, and had exchanges with international students on campus. She affirmed the achievements made by SNAI and put forward requirements for its follow‑up work.

SNAI Attended APEC Senior Finance Officials’ Meeting and Delivered Thematic Report

From June 11 to 12, the Ministry of Finance hosted the APEC Senior Finance Officials’ Meeting in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Liao Min, Vice Minister of Finance, attended and delivered an opening address; ChengZhijun, General Director of the Department of International Economic Relations of the Ministry of Finance, chaired the meeting on behalf of China. Bai Xiaohong, Vice President of SNAI, led a delegation to the meeting. On behalf of the Asia‑Pacific Finance and Development Institute (AFDI, SNAI), she delivered a report on promoting exchanges and cooperation for young financial talents across APEC economies.

The 12^th MPAcc Students’ Case Competition in 2026 Concluded Successfully

On June 14, the 12^th MPAcc Students’ CaseCompetition concluded at SNAI. Guided by the National Steering Committee for Postgraduate Education of Accounting Professional Degrees, hosted by the Organizing Committee of MPAcc Students’ Case Competition and undertaken by SNAI, the competition kicked off in March 2026. It attracted 3,257 MPAcc teams and 345 undergraduated teams from nearly 300 educational institutions acrosss even competition divisions, among which 6 teams advanced to the final.

On June 15, the Theoretical Learning Center Group of SNAI Party Committee held a collective study session. From June 22 to 26, SNAI international students of Class 2024 went to Beijing for the on‑site teaching program China’s Development and Reform. They visited the Ministry of Finance, the headquarters of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China, and Reanda International. The study tour helped them gain in‑depth insights into China’sproven experience and innovative practices in participating in international financial governance, conducting cross‑border financial cooperation and promoting inclusive finance.

SNAI Won Multiple Honors at the 12^th MPAcc Students’ Case Competition

The 2026MPAcc Students’ Case Competition undertaken by SNAI recently drew to a close.SNAI teams delivered outstanding performance and received multiple awards. The “Money‑Bag Steward” Team, consisting of Zhao Xin (team leader), Jiang Xintian, Chen Jingyi, Xu Yining and Zhou Minhui, full‑time postgraduate students of the 2025‑batch, won the First Prize with solid professional knowledge and brillianton‑site performance. Team leader Zhao Xin was awarded the Best Performer of the Final for her outstanding comprehensive performance.
